Reflections… a Scripture verse and inspiration for daily living [1/13/19]

Verses: Matthew 4:4, 7, 10 [in part] (NIV)

Jesus answered, “It is written: ‘Man shall not live on bread alone, but on every word that comes from the mouth of God.’”

…, Jesus answered him, “It is also written: ‘Do not put the Lord your God to the test.’”

… For it is written: ‘Worship the Lord your God, and serve him only.’”

Father God, may we look to Scriptures for guidance.  May we submit to Your will and authority.  May You be the focus of our worship and the desire of our heart.  In the name of Jesus I pray, amen.
