Father, if we profess to be your children, help us to pursue gentleness in our lives. Help us to be gentle not only to others but also to ourselves. Amen.

1 Timothy 6:11 (NIV) But you, man of God, flee from all this, and pursue righteousness, godliness, faith, love, endurance and gentleness.

Father, we know we are naked before you. Help us to put on your full armor and to remember to add the fruit of your spirit to our daily wardrobe. Amen.
