Hebrews 4:16 (NIV) Let us then approach God’s throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need.

That little prayer we say before eating a meal isn’t grace; it is giving thanks to God for His provision. Grace is an unmerited gift from God, through his Son Jesus, which we should always be humbled to receive.

Father, we ask that by your mercy you open our eyes to the profound truth of you grace to us. Help us to become the sons and daughters you created us to be. Amen
