Very, Very Good – Trinity Sunday [6/7/2020]

Passage: Genesis 1:1-2:4a and Psalm 8

“I don’t think I’ve ever come across anyone who isn’t in some way fascinated by the world around them,” begins Phillip Martin. On Trinity Sunday, Martin expounds on the creation story from Genesis 1:1-2:4a and Psalm 8. Martin says that creation was careful and thought out. It is an ongoing process. He says, “Our challenge today…is to view the stories as ones that communicate something far more important than science and history.” Join Martin as he explores the bigger truths of the why and who of creation and how it impacts our identity as God’s creation today.
