Micah 5:2b (NIV 1984)
“out of you will come for me
    one who will be ruler over Israel,
whose origins are from of old,
    from ancient times.”

The prophet, Micah, knew that although Bethlehem was small and seemingly insignificant, it would be the chosen place for the birth of Jesus, the Christ.  Though we are each just one, yet we are one, let us each do what we are able to do to share the joy and hope we have found in Jesus, our Lord and Savior.  (inspired by Reflecting God – Devotions for Holy Living, WordAction Publishing Company)
